8. Rental Equipment
Equipment rented through Apeks GNSS USA is subject to a separate rental agreement and our Rental Return & Refund Policy.

10. Rent-to-Own Transactions
Rent-to-own transactions are subject to a separate rent-to-own agreement.
The applicable agreement will establish the payment schedule, ownership terms, purchase credits, cancellation provisions, return requirements, and other applicable conditions.
A rent-to-own arrangement should not be interpreted as a completed purchase unless and until the requirements specified in the applicable agreement have been satisfied.

Apeks GNSS USA does not guarantee that any particular equipment configuration will achieve a particular level of accuracy or performance in every environment or application.
Customers should follow applicable manufacturer instructions and professional standards when using surveying and positioning equipment.

Technical assistance does not constitute professional surveying, engineering, legal, or other licensed professional advice.
Customers remain responsible for verifying measurements, coordinates, elevations, data, equipment configuration, and field results before relying upon them for professional or construction purposes.
